T-SHIRT QUESTIONS:
Are the t-shirts mens or womens sizes? They are a unisex style, but sized for men.
Do you sell mens tank tops? No. Just womens sizes for now.
What brand & material are the shirts? For Crewneck T-shirts, we use 100% Cotton shirts by Next Level (Sizes S, M, L) and 100% Cotton shirts by Gildan (Sizes XL, 2XL, 3XL). Ladies Tank Tops are 100% Cotton Next Level brand (Sizes S, M, L, XL).
Will the shirts shrink? All shirts are pre-shrunk cotton, however, you can expect minimal additional shrinkage.
How do the shirt sizes run? The Next Level brand t-shirts & ladies tanks are a fitted style. The Gildan brand t-shirts are more of a traditional boxy cut.
What if my shirt doesn't fit? For safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have concern about sizing, please order 1 size up to play it safe.
What other colors do your shirts come in? Navy Blue is the only color available at this time.
MASK QUESTIONS:
What sizes do the masks come in? Masks are a one-size-fits-most adults
Can the masks be washed? Yes. Hand washing in cold water is recommended. If machine washed, use gentle cycle and cold water. For best results, hang dry.
What is the material of the mask? 100% Polyester imprint panel with 96% Cotton & 4% Spandex body facing material. Summer comfort 2-layer construction. Made in the USA.
Can I try on the mask? For safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Will the mask prevent Covid-19? Disclaimer: The mask is not FDA-approved, not intended for medical use, and not proven to reduce the transmission of disease. The mask should not be used (1) in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected; (2) in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. When will my order ship: Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. However, due to the current pandemic & shipping delays, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery (most likely sooner). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.
How do you ship orders? Most orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Rush delivery is not available.
